3.2 Prohibited Waste

4. Liability and Insurance

Upminster Skip Hire is not liable for any personal injury or property damage arising from the use of our skips. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the skip is placed securely and appropriately to prevent accidents.

4.1 Customer Responsibility

Ensure the ground is stable and capable of supporting the skip

Adhere to the weight and volume limits specified for the skip size

5. Waste Disposal

All waste collected must be disposed of in a legal and environmentally responsible manner. Upminster Skip Hire ensures that the waste is transported to authorized disposal facilities.
